2gbit Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules

Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "2gbit," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 2gbit online gaming platform operating at 2gbit.org, including all services, software, games, sportsbook markets, and features available thereunder.
• "You," "the User," or "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 2gbit platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by an individual following successful completion of the 2gbit registration and KYC process.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's 2gbit Account, encompassing both real-money balances and any bonus credit allocations.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to any promotional credit allocated to a User's Account by 2gbit, which is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money balance.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" refers to the identity and age verification process required by 2gbit, typically involving submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the condition that bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game of Chance" refers to any casino game offered on 2gbit whose outcome is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 2gbit website, creating an Account, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional policies incorporated by reference, including the 2gbit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the 2gbit platform. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amendments to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms.

Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 2gbit platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 2gbit strictly prohibits participation by individuals under the age of 21, and any Account found to have been opened by a minor will be permanently closed with immediate effect.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, trusts, and other legal structures are not eligible to hold personal gaming Accounts on 2gbit.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 2gbit or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order that you have previously requested from 2gbit or from another gaming operator through an applicable self-exclusion scheme.

Account Registration & KYC

To access the full features of the 2gbit platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must create a registered Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete.

2gbit enforces a strict one account per person policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the Platform. The existence of multiple Accounts held by a single individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or device used — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

As part of our regulatory obligations, 2gbit requires all Users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification prior to processing withdrawals. KYC documents typically include:

• A valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport, clearly showing your full name, date of birth, and photograph.
• Proof of address (where required for enhanced due diligence), such as a recent utility bill or bank statement issued within 90 days.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot of your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa account associated with deposit transactions.

2gbit reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

2gbit accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency channels (USDT, BTC, ETH). Additional payment methods may be introduced or discontinued at 2gbit's discretion without prior notice.

Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction (or the equivalent in accepted cryptocurrency). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet and will be returned to the originating payment source, less any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider.

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of full KYC identity verification prior to the first withdrawal and on an ongoing basis as required.
• Withdrawal must be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit by the same Account holder, subject to technical availability.
• 2gbit reserves the right to apply a processing period of up to five (5) business days for withdrawals that trigger enhanced due diligence review, notwithstanding our target processing times advertised for standard withdrawals.
• Where a User has received a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before any portion of the Account balance attributable to bonus play can be withdrawn.

Bonuses & Promotions

2gbit offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and sports betting free bets. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional specific terms published in conjunction with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are only available to Users who have fully completed the KYC verification process.
• All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement, the specific multiplier and game contribution rates for which are published within each promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Bonus credits may only be used for gaming purposes on the 2gbit platform and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to any transaction outside the platform.
• 2gbit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring bonuses already credited to User Wallets at the time of any such change.
• Users who are found to be exploiting promotional offers — including through the creation of multiple Accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have all associated bonuses voided and their Accounts reviewed for suspension.
• Promotional bonuses are subject to an expiry period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed from the Wallet. Specific expiry periods are stated within each promotion.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on the 2gbit platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that each game outcome is statistically random and uninfluenced by any prior result, bet size, or Account history. RNG certification is renewed periodically by an independent third-party testing laboratory.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within the game information panels accessible on the 2gbit platform. The stated RTP figures represent theoretical long-run average returns and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual gaming session.

For sports betting markets, odds are determined by 2gbit's pricing team and data feed partners and are subject to change at any time prior to market settlement. 2gbit reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was incorrectly priced due to manifest error or data feed disruption. In such cases, stakes are returned in full to the User's Wallet.

2gbit reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or delay settlements in the event of any dispute, investigation, or uncertainty regarding the integrity of a sporting event, including but not limited to match-fixing allegations or force majeure circumstances affecting the event's outcome.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the 2gbit platform. Any User found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where permissible under applicable law, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one 2gbit Account, whether in your own name or in the name of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place wagers, interact with the platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other Users.
• Collusion with other Users to fix game outcomes, coordinate betting patterns for advantage play, or otherwise undermine the integrity of games or betting markets.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or Account information.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions in the 2gbit platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings accumulated as a result of a known software error are not payable and will be removed from the Wallet.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process or at any other time requested by 2gbit.
• Attempting to access the 2gbit platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN services or other technical means to conceal your actual location.

Responsible Gaming

2gbit is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides the following tools, all of which are accessible from your Account settings dashboard after logging in to 2gbit:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit into your 2gbit Wallet. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications to alert you when you have been actively gaming for a defined period within a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 2gbit platform. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 12 months. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Reality Check: Enable periodic pop-up summaries of your session duration and net gaming activity during active gaming sessions.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, game assets, and other materials available on the 2gbit platform are the exclusive property of 2gbit or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2gbit platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on 2gbit content without express written permission.
• Use 2gbit trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the 2gbit platform.
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the 2gbit platform using automated means.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2gbit and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 2gbit platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated winnings resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, or force majeure events beyond 2gbit's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from delayed or failed transactions due to third-party payment processor errors, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank system outages.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials or your device.
• Any decisions made in reliance on information provided on the 2gbit platform that is found to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.

Where 2gbit is found liable for any claim arising from these Terms, the maximum aggregate liability of 2gbit to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 2gbit Wallet in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

2gbit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Provision of false or misleading personal information at any stage.
• At the User's own request, whether for responsible gaming purposes or otherwise.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., where closure is not a result of breach or investigation), any verified real-money balance remaining in the Wallet will be returned to the User via their registered payment method, subject to applicable processing times and minimum withdrawal thresholds. Bonus credit balances are non-refundable upon Account closure in any circumstance.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising between you and 2gbit in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through 2gbit's internal complaints process:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint via the 24/7 live chat available within the 2gbit platform, providing full details of the dispute and any supporting evidence. A support agent will acknowledge your complaint and initiate a review.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint Review: If the support-level resolution is unsatisfactory, you may escalate your complaint by sending a written summary to [email protected], marked as a formal complaint. 2gbit commits to providing a written response within 10 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved after exhausting the internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the applicable regulatory body as set out in our licensing terms.

2gbit's records and logs shall be considered the definitive record in any dispute regarding the outcome of games, the placement or settlement of bets, or account transaction history, except in cases where a demonstrable technical error is evidenced.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 2gbit holds its international gaming licence. Nothing in this clause shall limit 2gbit's ability to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction as may be necessary to protect its rights or the integrity of the platform.

You acknowledge that the 2gbit platform is operated under an international gaming regulatory framework and that these Terms are entered into in that regulatory context. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of 2gbit complies with all laws applicable to you in your personal jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

2gbit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 2gbit will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Users via the platform's in-app notification system or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the 2gbit platform following the effective date of any amendment shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and close your Account in accordance with Section 12 above. The current version of these Terms is always available at 2gbit.org/terms-conditions and carries the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this document.
