Responsible Gaming FAQ — 2gbit

For temporary cooling-off periods (24 hours to 90 days), the exclusion cannot be reversed or shortened — it runs its full duration by design. This intentional friction is part of what makes the tool effective. For temporary self-exclusion (6 or 12 months), the period cannot be reduced, but upon expiry you may contact our support team to discuss reactivation.
